• It is a reactive emulsifier/functional monomer, copolymerization stabilizer.
• Polymer field: used for emulsion polymerization of acrylic acid, vinyl acetate, styrene and other comonomers. In low dosage and when used with traditional surfactants, it can significantly improve the dissolution performance of latex, improve water resistance and scrubbing resistance, improve mechanical stability, improve polymer antistatic properties, reduce foam during polymerization, reduce the amount of traditional emulsifiers, reduce the tendency to agglomerate, and reduce the viscosity loss on wet surfaces. It is suitable to be added as the bottom liquid of the kettle.
• Adding it into the bottom of the kettle or pre-emulsification during emulsion synthesis can reduce the amount of other emulsifiers, improve the stability of the emulsion reaction, and reduce the amount of residue output.
