Senspeak®MF-2202

• 2202 is an acid ester with epoxy as the main chain. Because the phosphate ester can bond to the metal surface, it can improve adhesion to the metal substrate. Improve water and boil resistance, increase salt spray resistance, flexibility and impact resistance.
• It is mainly used in various metal paints and glass paints. The amount of addition is generally 3-15% of the total amount of resin. The actual amount of addition depends on the type of resin and the performance requirements of the substrate used. It needs to be determined through experiments.
• Mainly used in water-based and oil-based system products.
